Palo Santo is a sacred wood from the moment it is harvested. At Alhumo, we ensure that each stick of Palo Santo is ethically and sustainably harvested. No Palo Santo tree is cut down . This sacred harvest is done on trees that have died and fallen naturally, waiting between 5 and 8 years before harvesting.

Smudging with Palo Santo is a technique inherited from the wisdom of our ancestors, who integrated this practice into their usual rituals, taking care to always honor and respect Palo Santo to receive its blessings.
