Lavender, in its essential oil form, can be used in babies, elderly people and pregnant women and is used to treat various ailments due to its multiple properties:
-As a pain reliever to help combat insomnia, irritability, headaches, stress or anxiety.
-As a disinfectant, bactericidal and healing agent for wounds and burns, dry eczema, scales, sunburn and/or insect bites.
-It has anti-infective properties, helping with colds, sinusitis and sore throats.
-As a relaxant and pain reliever in contractions and rheumatism.
Recommended uses:

Recommended uses:
Mix it with your favorite creams and/or oils. It can be used topically on the skin in small amounts. Apply a few drops to pillows or bedspreads before going to sleep to have a deep and relaxed sleep.
Orally, it is recommended to mix 2 drops in a glass of water or in a tablespoon of agave honey (to accompany cough treatments).
In ambient diffusers it is recommended to use 2 to 3 drops depending on the size of the room.
